Feeding your soul

Ok... it has happened!  When I joined Data Domain I remember that Frank Slootman told me that he wanted to be walking in an Airport or in a city and get approached from a former co-worker and be told "I just want to thank you - my experience at Data Domain - was the best job I ever had".

In the past year and half this has now happened no less than nine times - locations were completely random -- on the street in Seattle, Airplanes, Hotels, and in grocery stores.

It is my turn to say thank you... to the team.   All of you made this experience special for one another and for me specifically.

I urge all of you to settle for nothing less - commit yourselves to making your current jobs into memories that feed your soul!  I am in process of helping to create a great culture at ServiceNow.  It is never the same thing twice...but once you lived in "the bubble of awesome-ness" you want to never leave.
